Onsite: This in an onsite conference with no virtual option.
Registration: Please register by paying the fees. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
ID & Badges: Bring your ID to check-in. Wear your conference badge at all times. Spell you FIRST & LAST NAMES correctly and write your SCFHS WITHOUT spaces.
Recording: Kindly ask permission before recording or broadcasting any content. Organizers may use some event photos/recordings for promotional purposes.
Unforeseen Events: If something beyond the Organizer's control affects the conference, either reschedule or refund will be issued.
Privacy: Organizers value your privacy. Your information will be processed according to data protection laws and our privacy policy.
Terms Updates: Organizers may update these terms with notice.
Certificates: will be availble on the conference website https://SSCRS-2026.org/ after the conclusion of the event.
